What is a good Bella Cucina Waffle maker Recipe?

I have a Bella Cucina belgian waffle iron, but have misplaced the instruction manual that contained easy waffle mix recipes. I am looking for the basic recipe for the waffles and I believe it does not contain yeast. Let me know if you have this waffle maker and can help me out.
